Gym teachers rarely give out assignments, but if students want to get stronger and see improvements in fitness testing scores, I suggest students exercise with their family. 


Some exercises that we do in the gym include: 

  • Planks
  • Planks to push-up form
  • Crunches
  • Superman
  • Push ups
  • Stretches

All of these can be done at home with no equipment.  Going out for a daily walk also has many benefits.  Plan a walk with your child(s), and talk about school, life, goals, etc.  This is a good way to build a healthy relationship.  GET STARTED TODAY
